Switchpoint Software Design ("Switchpoint Software Design", "we", "us") designs, builds and deploys AI powered software. This policy covers switchpointdesign.com, our marketing activity and the client projects we deliver where we act as a service provider or processor on behalf of a client.

• Information you give us. Name, email, phone number, company and the message you submit through our enquiry and discovery call forms.
• Usage information. Pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies that keep the site working and, only with your consent, analytics cookies.
• Client project data. Where a client engages us to build or operate a platform, we may process end user data under that client's instructions and contract.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not process the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16 for targeted advertising.

• To respond to enquiries, scope work and deliver contracted services.
• To operate, secure, debug and improve the site and our platforms.
• To send service communications and, where permitted, relevant marketing you can opt out of at any time.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting and security obligations.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

We share personal information with vendors who help us run the business, for example cloud hosting, email delivery, customer relationship and analytics providers, each bound by contract to process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We never sell your data to data brokers.

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after last contact, and contract records for as long as required by law. We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege, logging and vendor review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we also plan for incident response and notification.

Some states have enacted comprehensive privacy laws and others have not. Rather than treat residents differently, we extend the following rights to every person in the United States, regardless of the state you live in.

1. Email privacy@switchpointdesign.com with the subject line "Privacy request", your state of residence and the right you want to exercise.
2. We verify your identity using information already associated with you. For deletion and access we may ask for a second data point.
3. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by a further 45 days, telling you why. There is no charge for the first two requests in a 12 month period.
4. To opt out of analytics and targeted advertising cookies on this site, use the button below. We also honour Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser.

We update this policy when our practices or the law change, and we revise the date at the top. Material changes will be signalled on the site before they take effect.
