AI software for motorsport

Motorsport runs on data and deadlines. We build the AI software that turns telemetry, timing and paperwork into faster decisions on and off the track.

Where it hurts

  • Telemetry and timing data sit in separate tools that engineers stitch together by hand.
  • Entries, licences, scrutineering and results managed across spreadsheets and email.
  • Sponsors ask for proof of value that takes days to assemble after every round.

What we build

Platforms for motorsport

Telemetry and performance analytics

Ingest logger, timing and video data into one model with AI that flags setup trends, driver deltas and anomalies.

Series and event management

Online entries, licence checks, scrutineering, scheduling, live results and championship standings in one system.

Sponsor and partner reporting

Automated exposure, audience and activation reports generated after every round with branded dashboards.

Fan and media platforms

Live timing apps, content hubs, ticketing and membership built to handle race-day traffic spikes.

Track record

Already delivered in this sector

  • Built on the same data, portal and automation stack behind our 138+ shipped platforms.
  • Event registration, ticketing and membership systems already running in production for clients.

Deep dive

AI software for motorsport: how we approach it

Motorsport has always been a data sport, but most of the data still lives in separate tools that only one engineer knows how to read. Series organisers face the same problem on the operations side, with entries, licences and results spread across forms and spreadsheets. AI software changes both, provided it is built around how a race weekend actually runs.

Where the time goes on a race weekend

Between sessions, engineers export logger data, line it up against timing sheets, scrub video and write notes by hand, all inside a window measured in minutes. Every manual step is a chance to miss the trend that would have found a tenth. Meanwhile the operations team is chasing entries, checking licences and reconciling scrutineering paperwork that should have been finished a week earlier.

After the event, the commercial side starts again. Sponsors want to know what they received, media wants results and stories, and nobody has the numbers in one place. That is the gap we close.

The motorsport platforms we build

For teams and drivers we build performance analytics that bring logger, timing and video data into one model, with AI that highlights setup trends, driver deltas and anomalies in plain language. For organisers we build series management: online entries, licence and eligibility checks, scrutineering checklists, schedules, live results and championship standings, all from one system of record.

Around both sit commercial tools. Automated sponsor reports, fan apps with live timing, ticketing and membership run on the same foundations as our membership and client portals and data platforms, so they scale cleanly when traffic spikes on race day.

What changes on and off the track

Engineers spend their time deciding rather than collating. Organisers publish results within minutes rather than hours, protests are resolved from an audit trail, and sponsors receive branded reports the day after every round. That is the difference between a series that renews partners and one that keeps replacing them.

Teams that need a full operating platform for parts, logistics and drivers should also look at our racing team technology platforms page, and watercraft series at jet ski and watercraft racing.

How the engagement runs

  1. 1

    Map the weekend

We follow your data and paperwork from entry to podium and rank the bottlenecks by impact.

  2. 2

    Build the core

Data, results or entries go live first, tested at a real event before anything else is added.

  3. 3

    Add the intelligence

AI analysis, reporting and fan features layer on once the core data is trusted.
