The brief
Growth exposed the limits of spreadsheets. Stock counts drifted between the webstore, the till and the production floor, batch records lived on paper, agricultural reporting was rebuilt by hand every month, and nobody had a single view of what was hanging in the curing chamber versus what was ready to sell. Cured meat production also demands the ability to answer what went into a given bag, when, and where else that meat went, in minutes rather than days of paper searching.

- Inline grid editing plus bulk stock in, stock out, adjustment, price and attribute operations, and spreadsheet import for onboarding
- Live inventory valuation at cost and retail with potential profit modelling and colour-coded stock urgency
- Barcode and GTIN handling with camera scanning, printed 70mm x 30mm curing chamber hanging tags and pack-and-label output
- Versioned recipes snapshotted onto every batch, with a scaler driven by green meat weight or a limiting ingredient
- Guided production wizard: select recipe, confirm green weight, confirm scaled ingredients, generate batch code, print hanging barcodes
- Curing board showing everything hanging with elapsed curing time and readiness indicators
- Pack and label with a bag-split calculator, actual packed counts and automatic yield and variance tracking
- Bill of materials so consuming a spice blend cascades deductions to each component ingredient
- Immutable batch event log and recall dossier with recipe snapshot, weights, label photos, curing times, packed output and downstream sales
- WooCommerce webhook ingestion and Square POS sync with GTIN push, plus payment processor revenue reporting
- Custom Order CRM as a five-stage Kanban pipeline with live inventory line items and automatic deduction on completion
